Stop wobbling and start feeling stable. The Stability Project is a transformative 12-week journey designed to help adult dancers master the art of balance.

Balance isn’t a talent you’re born with; it’s a skill you build through consistency and correct technique. Whether you struggle with a shaky demi pointe or leaving your barre confidently, The Stability Project offers a roadmap to total body control.

Over the course of 12 weeks, we dive deep into the mechanics of staying upright and elegant:

  1. Ankle & Foot Conditioning: We focus on the intricate muscles of the lower leg to ensure your "foundation" is reactive and resilient, specifically preparing you for the demands of demi-pointe.
  2. The Proprioception Lab: Through unique drills, you’ll train your brain and nervous system to better understand where your body is in space, allowing for "micro-adjustments" that prevent falls and wobbles.
  3. Core Integration: True balance starts at the center. We’ll develop the deep abdominal and back strength necessary to keep your torso calm and quiet while your legs move.
  4. Technical Know-How: Beyond just "trying harder," you’ll learn the physics of balance—where to look, how to breathe, and exactly how to stack your weight for maximum efficiency.

By the end of this course, balance will no longer feel like a lucky accident—it will be a skill you can call on at any moment.
