Adults can train toward pointe. Age alone is not the gate. Strength, ankle range for the work, and stable alignment are the gates Broche uses in its programs.

Most adults need a long pre-pointe block. Journey to Pointe is the catalog path from early ballet through first shoes. Pointe Level A says not to start without approval from Julie at Broche Ballet or from your own ballet teacher.
