Troubleshooting

  • The app asks you to sign in again

    This is normal now and then. Your AI app just needs you to sign in to Broche again.

    What to do

    Sign in with your Broche email and password, then tap Allow. If Broche has gone from the app, paste the link from the top of this page again.

  • Your AI app says you need a membership

    Some things, like your week and favorites, are for members. Searching classes is free for everyone.

    What to do

    You can still search classes for free. To use the member features, start a Broche membership, then ask again in a new chat.

  • You can't find where to paste the link

    The link goes inside your AI app, not your browser. Every app tucks it in a different menu.

    What to do

    Copy the link. In your AI app's settings, look for Apps or Connectors, and paste it there.

  • Broche isn't showing up after you connect

    A chat you already had open won't know about Broche yet.

    What to do

    Start a new chat, pick Broche if the app asks, and try something like "Find me a turns class."
