Welcome to the Splits Program! This step-by-step program is designed to safely guide you toward your front splits by focusing on three key areas: hamstrings, hip flexors, and lower back. Whether you’re new to flexibility training or looking to deepen your practice, this program provides all the tools and guidance you need to achieve your goal. Consistency is key, and with recommended warm-ups, targeted stretches, and even some gentle middle splits classes, you’ll improve flexibility from every angle.
