“The level of detail and thought you put into this is so incredibly helpful (and amazing)! I NEVER would have noticed the hip twist on my L tendus or the tilt of the head when coming down from rélevé passé. Thank you SO much for all your work in helping me reach my dreams :)”

Foot 360° Consultation FAQ’s
+ When is the right time in my ballet journey to do a Foot 360 Consultation?
If you’re dreaming of going en pointe, I recommend starting with the Journey to Pointe program now. It’s designed to walk you through everything I look for in dancers preparing for pointework. Inside the program, you’ll find a checkpoint that will guide you on when to schedule a Foot 360 Consultation, which gives you personalized, actionable feedback.
+ Do I need to do a Foot 360* Consultation to go en pointe?
No. You do not need to do a Foot 360 Consultation to join a Beginner Pointe Cohort, but you do need to apply to join. The Cohort Application process uses the same analysis checklist as the Foot 360 Consultation, but instead of a full video analysis and custom plan, you'll simply get the checklist filled out. This is a lower-cost option that works great if you're following the Journey to Pointe program already, since it covers the most common areas dancers need to work on.
We typically open Pointe Cohort applications twice a year. You can apply even if you’re not sure you’re ready yet, get your feedback, keep training, and apply again next round.
Want Personalized Feedback Sooner?
If you’d like in-depth feedback sooner than the next application cycle, you can book a Foot 360 Consultation. This includes a detailed voiceover review of your foot video and a custom practice plan to help you fast-track your progress.

+ Is there a time limit to submit your video?
We ask that you upload your video and complete your questionnaire within 3 months of purchase. If you feel that you need more time, please do reach out to let us know so we can plan when to receive your video.
+ Can I request a refund?
A full refund is available within 30 days of purchase if haven’t submitted video yet. If you have submitted your video and you are not satisfied with the level of feedback received, please request a refund within 5 business days of receiving your feedback. We are happy to offer a 50% refund.
+ Do I have to be a good dancer to submit a video?
Nope! Even if you’ve just started dancing, practice with the video until you’ve got the moves down, and send it in!
+ Do I need to film it well?
We’ll comment on as much as we can see in the video. The follow-along video will help instruct you as to the camera angles to film the video. Do your best to have as much of your body in frame as possible, but we understand that you're a dancer, not a videographer!
+ What should I wear?
Tight-fitting clothing will show the most of your technique. Shorts/leggings are preferable over ballet skirts. Lighter-colored leggings and tights are best. The Foot 360° Consultation is entirely barefoot.
