About This Program

Build strength, refine your alignment, and fall in love with the art of pointework. This program focuses exclusively on barre exercises to solidify your technique and increase endurance. You’ll work through a combination of strengthening classes and beautiful combinations designed to make you feel graceful and expressive while safely strengthening your feet, ankles, and technique. By the end, you’ll feel not only more stable, but truly like you’re dancing en pointe.
