This masterclass is uniquely structured to address posture from every angle:

  1. Technical Alignment: We break down the "why" and "how" of balletic placement. You’ll learn how to stack your spine, engage your core, and find a neutral pelvis to create that iconic "lifted" look.
  2. Strength & Stability: A beautiful line requires a strong foundation. Our strength sessions focus on the deep stabilizer muscles—the back, core, and glutes—that support your frame throughout the day.
  3. Release & Length: Long-held tension is the enemy of good posture. Our dedicated stretch classes will help you open up the chest and back, allowing your body to settle into its natural, elegant height.
