Broche Ballet is adult-focused ballet instruction. The beginner path does not assume childhood training, splits, or a home studio.
Start with the Absolute Beginners “Sticky Buns” program. It teaches plié, tendu, and basic barre vocabulary at a pace built for adult bodies and adult schedules.
