Throughout this 37-minute practice, we dive straight into the work, minimizing verbal cues to keep your heart rate up and your focus sharp. You will work through a comprehensive series of barre exercises including tendu, battement, and enveloppé. We also incorporate développé and grand battement to build extension and power.
