This 26-minute session focuses on a lyrical combination set to a beautiful piano arrangement of Madame Butterfly. Instead of only focusing on the feet, we dive deep into the upper body, exploring how breathing and movement build together to create a captivating performance.

The choreography centers around the concept of 'Artistry in Center,' challenging you to feel like a true dancer. You will practice specific port de bras actions, including the swan-like poses and expressive movements that require both control and a sense of lightness. We emphasize the allongé line, teaching you how to extend through the fingertips to create length and grace.

You will learn to slow down your movements, allowing for a beautiful pose where you can truly see the audience over your arm, adding a layer of performance quality to your practice. Beyond the arms, we focus on smooth transitions. You will work on technical movements such as temps lié and tombé, ensuring each step flows seamlessly into the next.
