By reducing the time between sets, we keep the heart rate elevated while reinforcing the muscle memory required for professional-level performance. The session begins with a warming plié sequence, quickly escalating into more complex combinations.
You will navigate through fondu and side movements that require immediate weight shifts and sharp focus. A key component of this workout is the emphasis on your internal architecture. We focus specifically on engaging the transverse abdominis to provide a stable center, as well as the scapular stabilizers—often referred to as engaging the armpits—to maintain a proud, professional posture even as the tempo increases.
